Metzger Construction Company has a longstanding relationship with JPMorgan Chase. We have built several free-standing branch banks and drive-thru teller facilities for the organization throughout Houston. Downtown, we have renovated almost 1 million square feet of office space, equipment rooms, and lobby areas.

This downtown Houston branch bank is the first build out that Metzger has completed for Southwest Bank of Texas. The scope of work for this 1,500 sf facility included custom millwork, drywall, electrical, paint, and new HVAC.

Metzger has also built 5,000 sf freestanding branches for the bank in Kingwood, The Woodlands and Friendswood.
